Goals: What motivates you?

This summer we want to help you achieve your fitness goals. To get you moving in the right direction we have “Goal Sheets” available for you to use. We would love for you to hang them up so we can continue to work on them over the summer. Please ask us if you need help or if you have not received your sheet yet.

We also want to know what motivates you to achieve your goals. It could be one would or a long description, but please feel free to share your driving force!
